New Variety of Tamales

One of Mexico’s most popular dish item, often called Tamal or Tamale . Tamales are made from masa ( corn dough ) filled with your choice of meat and wrapped in corn husks. The meat filling is typically chicken or beef in a sauce. They have become a staple item in the menu of Mexican restaurants in the US. We can even say many customers rate a Mexican restaurant by their tamales.

We Now Offer:
- Pulled Pork in Red Sauce
- Shredded Chicken in a Green Sauce
- Rajas con Queso ( Roasted Peppers& Cheese)

We have been making efforts to provide our vegetarian customers with a greater number of options and the rajas con Queso Tamales is definitely a must try.

New Seasonal Menu

We are excited to introduce our new seasonal menu that we think you will fall in love with. Each of the items was thoughtfully chosen, we wanted to add some of the items that have been requested and also items that we thought were missing from our menu. This is just the beginning as we will continue to bring new flavors in new dishes but maintain your favorite dishes that you have loved all this time.

Below is a description of each item:

Tacos, shrimp, steak, fajitas, salmon, rice, grilled chicken, and salad

Queso Fundido
We use chihuahua cheese specially formulated for melting in a skillet. You have two choices; chorizo with onion and jalapeño or a vegetarian option of nopalitos (cactus) and pico


Flautas
Mashed Potato filled flautas topped with lettuce, pico de Gallo, sour cream, and queso fresco. We suggest pairing it with Green Tomatillo Sauce. Potatoes were a staple of the Mexican diet and was incorporated to many dishes as alternative to meat.


Pork Belly Tacos
Our version of street size tacos made with pork belly, lettuce, picó de Gallo, and a chipotle aioli that adds heat and flavor.


Sopes
Very popular in the streets of Mexico. Thick homemade tortilla with a layer of refried beans, lettuce, pico de Gallo, radish slices, sour cream, and queso fresco. We suggest pairing with our Fire red sauce.


Taco Bowl
Highly requested. A bowl filled with your choice of meat, white rice, black beans, pico de Gallo, cheese, and avocado.


Tacos Al Pastor
We crafted the best recipe for our Al Pastor Meat. Marinated pork tacos with onion, cilantro, and pineapple. Served with Rice and Beans.


Chipotle Salmon
A lighter and healthier option. Fresh salmon topped with chipotle honey pineapple salsa on a bed of white rice . Serves with Veggies.


Parrillada
A true meat lovers dream
Chicken, carne asada, carnitas, chorizo, and shrimp. Served with rice and beans. Feeds 3
